- WhatsApp number, so we can reply via your preferred channel.

- Subject, to route your enquiry appropriately.
- Message, the content of your enquiry.
Providing at least one contact method (WhatsApp or email) is required to submit the form. All other fields are required to help us respond meaningfully.
Analytics data
We use Firebase / Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This may include:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page.
- Browser type, operating system, and device category.
- Approximate geographic location (country / city level).
- Referral source (e.g. search engine, direct visit).
This data is collected in aggregated or pseudonymised form and does not directly identify you unless combined with other information.

- Email service provider (SMTP) delivers your enquiry to our inbox. Your contact information is transmitted to our mail server provider for this purpose only.
All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
